I have been observing successful people for the last little while and have noticed one really simple and out standing characteristic that they all have.  I’ll bet you can’t guess what it is:

• Is it the amount of money they have?
• Is it their family connections?
• Is it their education?
• Is it their good looks?
• Is it their good luck?
• Is it where they live?
• Is it how they dress?

The single greatest asset that successful people have is what they think of them selves.  These folks don’t beat them selves up when a mistake is made and it was their fault.  Knowing that they made a mistake hurts, however, they have enough respect for themselves to say, “I screwed up and will do better next time, this was a learning experience.” Without a healthy opinion of themselves they can’t move forward in this manner.
